This being our first home they helped to guide us through every step of the building process going above and beyond to make sure our dream became a reality. Even after moving in Krest has been their for us along the way, helping us navigate the bumps in the road that we have encountered with doing an infill lot (none of which were mistakes Krest had made) and with the natural issues that come up with living in a new home. “Alair Homes Red Deer did a complete redesign/renovation of our basement; including bathroom remodelling and making new bedrooms for our growing family. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive by text message. Aside from a couple of minor hiccups (all projects of this scale will no doubt have them), the finished product exceeded our expectations and would turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Everyone at this company worked hard to make our renovations go smoothly. When I was unhappy with a trade job, Nate and Dustin immediately handled the problem and had the job redone without any extra cost to us. I did not have to argue my case to the tradesperson; this was all handled by Nate and Dustin. Juri (Alair Carpenter) went above and beyond when he came to our aid for a basement flood unrelated to our renovation and helped to dig window wells. They finished on time and on budget, which was important to us.”

“We are in the middle of a build. Well 3 weeks from possession, the professional and awesome nature of dealing with the build was/is amazing. I can be pretty demanding and we were one of the contractors on site. So we had regular access to see the progress and the small things. From the footings, underpinning, the spray foam around and in the cracks to ensure a seal. The standard was/is awesome. The only critique is the kitchen company. The standard is awesome. But when you deviate we are having problems. I have no doubt it will be sorted out by the end. I can't speak highly enough for the Penhold Laebon build team. Thank you Beth and David. The process has been amazing. Jocelyn and the designer Kim, helped us design a house we are so happy with! Thank you and I can't wait to have all the final stuff done to move in!!!!”
