“I'm delighted with my home renovation. Wes and his team are true experts. My home was built in 1890 and had seen very few improvements over the years, so it required a complete overhaul, including reroofing, rewiring, reflooring, and a full internal restructuring. Every aspect of the work was carried out to the highest standard. Wes and Annmarie really listened to what I wanted and managed to bring the vision to life, and it turned out better than I could have imagined. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were clear throughout the entire project. Beyond the excellent building work, the team were incredibly knowledgeable on energy improvements, BER assessments, and the local council grants available. Thanks to them I secured both the SEAI and vacant property grants. Their guidance made what could have been a complicated admin process much simpler and far less stressful. I would thoroughly recommend HBS to anyone looking to undertake a renovation project.”

“We had extensive renovations completed which were carried out by Room 2 Build. Over the entire project duration, I found Matt and his team to be highly professional, polite, and approachable. They handled any questions or changes to the plan seamlessly and without issue. Given the amount of work carried out there were always going to be a few "surprises" but these were never an issue for Room 2 Build and they were always fair with pricing the additional work. Post completion there has been great after service support too with phone calls and messages promptly responded to. I highly recommend Room 2 Build and will certainly be using them for any further work.”
