JP, the owner, was consistently transparent, fair, and communicated well. These qualities made a big project feel manageable and kept us confident throughout the process. A special shoutout goes to our project manager, Kyle, who was truly fabulous. His organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail were key to the success of the renovation. He went above and beyond to make sure the work stayed on track and that we were informed every step of the way. Like any large renovation, there were a few bumps in the road, but thanks to the team’s professionalism and problem solving, everything was handled smoothly.
