Rachana was always available whenever we had questions and kept us updated regularly. Whenever we requested changes or upgrades, they were accommodating and found practical solutions without unnecessary complications. What impressed me most was the level of ownership they took. Even though her father was executing the construction, Rachana continued to represent our interests as the architect and ensured that the final outcome stayed true to the design. One of the most remarkable parts of this journey is that I was present only for the ground-breaking ceremony, and the next time I saw the house in person was at handover. Walking into the completed home was an unforgettable moment. The final result exceeded all our expectations and looked even better than the photos and videos we had seen during construction.
