“Once I pulled-up in front of our then 60% completed home back in mid-summer last year, I knew in an instant, this was OUR Home! While planning our return to Michigan from NC, I had been looking at homes each month during my round-trip visits during early and mid 2025 from NC to MI. Our home in NC was on the market and we had not had much luck locating a new home that met our wants and needs. I met with Julia right away and was so excited with this layout and the beautiful materials planned for completion of the home that I wrote a down-payment check that very morning! Then I took the tour and broadcast back to Bonnie via laptop the wonderful features and workmanship so evident in not only this home, but the many other Sequoia Homes in the Monarch Estates Development! We have not looked back nor regretted any part of this decision to go with Sequoia! Meeting Matt a little bit later only reinforced my confidence in Sequoia! Matt and Julia were so accessible and so much more accomodating (especially as I compare my previous 3 New Home build experiences); Matt and Julia were always willing to step-up to promptly address any of our questions, concerns and change requests, without hesitation. It could not have been a more pleasant and realistically, "stress-free" experience! Finally, I will say that during my career in the Automotive Industry; what used to be referred to as "Customer Satisfaction" was somewhere along the line upgraded to "Customer Delight". I believe this description is so apt here and vividly describes our experience with Matt and Julia along with the full Sequoia Team--we are delighted with our beautiful new home!”
