“We love our new Alair home! The entire Alair Homes team made what can often feel like an overwhelming process enjoyable and stress-free from start to finish. From the initial design phase through final completion, their thoughtful questions, expertise, and guidance helped us create a home that truly reflects our vision and fits our lifestyle perfectly. What stood out most was their clear and consistent communication, excellent project planning, and constant awareness of our budget. They were always transparent and incredibly helpful in guiding us on where it made sense to invest and where more economical options still provided great value. We always knew where we were in the build process, what decisions were coming next, and felt confident every step of the way. We especially appreciated the informational binder outlining every decision we would need to make throughout the build. Being able to plan ahead for selections like cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and trim made the entire experience feel organized, manageable, and enjoyable. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Never in a million years did we think we’d be living in a home like the one Alair built for us. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend Alair Homes to anyone considering building a custom home.”

“Mike, Lisa, Zane & Marissa were all a joy to work with. Very personable and detailed. We decided pretty quickly we were going to build and the team at TCD made sure everything was lined up for us. It never felt rushed on their end. One thing that amazed me was Mike gave us a schedule when we signed the contract and we stuck exactly to plan for each contractor who was coming in and when. Moved in the exact date he said we would 6 months earlier. Also Lisa helped us with each design step and without her we’d be lost. She gave us her advice and let us incorporate our style too. We appreciated her so much!”

“We had a wonderful experience working with Bartow Builders to build our home! When we mentioned to others that we were building a home they often said, "Agh, isn't it stressful!" We had no idea what they were talking about, building our home was not stressful at all and we feel that's because of our builder. Bartow has wonderful communication, timeliness, and input which made our process stress free and fun. Now enjoying our home we have had many comments about the quality and attention to detail our house possesses thanks to Bartow Builders. We would recommend them time and time again!”
