“Jeremy and Sheena at Bella Vista were a ray of sunshine at a time of tragedy for us and our family. After losing our home to a devastating house fire in 2016 we were recommended to Bella Vista Developments by a Mutual friend. We had no clue how to start rebuilding our home and no idea what to do. Bella Vista and there crew were so helpful and made every single step of building our home easy and enjoyable. After our first meeting they gave us direction and guidance. After our second meeting we had a budget in place and took a virtual look at our future home. Every detail was thought out and perfected to a T. One of our favorite experiences was there amazing budget apps they created. No changes were made without our approval and when changes were made you could automatically see the difference on your overall budget with a click of a button. Not many people that have built can say they came in on budget and ahead of schedule, but we can and we did. This would have never happened without Bella Vista Developments behind us. A year later after our home was built we reached out again to Jeremy and Sheena this time with a dream to build a retail space that would house my clothing store Business Avenue Fashions. They did not disappoint again !! 4 years after a house and a retail space both built by Bella Vista we remain in touch with them in hopes one day they will build our cabin at the lake.
