“We purchased and installed our bi-fold door from AG Millworks seven years ago, and it has been one of the best investments we’ve made for our home. With a family of six, pets, and constant traffic in and out, our screen has definitely seen its share of wear and tear over the years. When it was time for a repair, I contacted their service coordinator, Alma. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process effortless. Communication by both phone and email was seamless, and she had us scheduled within a couple of weeks. Javier arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly an expert at what he does. He repaired our screen, and it honestly looks brand new! What really stood out to me is that even after seven years, AG Millworks continues to provide exceptional customer service and stands behind the quality of their products. That kind of long-term support is hard to find these days. I highly recommend AG Millworks to anyone looking for high-quality products backed by outstanding customer service. They have earned a customer for life! If you’re debating whether to add the built-in screen, I highly recommend it. “When we remodeled a few years ago my husband insisted on having one stained glass window in the entry. My husband attended private art education classes in his early childhood and this discipline continued throughout his lifetime. My husband has an expert's eye for art and chose Mark Levy because "Mark Levy is a true artist." As our home project took off, we discovered that the only problem with Mark Levy's work is you can't have enough of them in your surroundings. Our home has since been blessed with three stained glass windows created and signed by Mark Levy. All visitors gasp when they look at his gorgeous works. When the light hits the prisms of artist chosen glass and creation, the different reflections make for an ever changing piece of art. Mark Levy made us feel at ease as he worked his magic of beautiful art. He kept us informed and involved from beginning to end. His works turned bland corners of our house into a warm beautiful home. Just breath taking.”
