“We hired Max and the Greener Concepts team for a full renovation of our 1990s home. Pretty much every room touched, layout changed, kitchen and master suite gutted. We interviewed several contractors before signing with them. Picking Max was the best decision we made on the project!! Three things stand out. First, the team. Max runs a small, organized crew and he's on site or reachable pretty much every day. We always knew who was in our house and why. Subs were pros, on time, and respectful of the space. Second, the trust. When we hit a hidden issue behind the drywall (rotted framing nobody saw coming), he stopped, took photos, walked us through some options with real numbers, and let us choose. That's not how every contractor handles a surprise. Third, he saved us from making mistakes we probly would have regretted for the next 20 years. We pushed for some choices that sounded good in the moment, and Max pushed back. He talked us out of a layout change that would have killed natural light and talked us out of a vendor whose lead times would have wrecked the schedule. We're glad we listened. Every day we walk through it and feel proud of what we built together. If you're hiring for a major renovation, take this seriously: hire someone you trust to push back on you when you're wrong. Max is that person. We'll use Greener Concepts again the next time we build. Highly recommend.”

“We have now completed three major projects with Billings Construction — a master bathroom remodel in 2020 and this past year a full kitchen remodel, a full basement and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Throughout every project, they have been easy to work with, communicative, and professional. During our kitchen remodel, there was a misunderstanding regarding the tile selection. Although the issue was on our end and they absolutely could have charged us, Billings Construction handled it with complete professionalism, covered the cost, and made sure everything was done correctly without any additional charges. That level of integrity truly sets them apart. Each project has turned out beautifully, and at this point nearly our entire home has been redone by Billings Construction. One of our favorite features is a custom built-in desk they handcrafted for our son in the basement — a thoughtful detail they didn’t have to do, but one that shows how much they care about their work and their clients. They followed through on everything they promised and more. Kevin and Austin are an absolute joy to work with, as is the rest of the crew. “We had a water leak in the upstairs master bath. Unfortunately it came down through the walls and leaked under our wood floors downstairs. After dealing with insurance I called several companies to get bids. I called 3 or 4 but only 2 actually came out to give me a bid. Calvin was one of them. The other guy came out and after some back and forth trying to get some clarification on certain things he stopped answering my calls. I guess I dodged a bullet there. Once we settled on the scope of the project we signed a contract with Calvin and his team. It took a couple of weeks to get the materials we needed but as soon as they came in they got started. Wes was our lead guy. We couldn't have ask for nicer guy to spend the next month in our house. I say next month because we decided to remodel the kitchen with new counter tops and cabinets. We also remodeled the whole master bath. I mean, while its being demoed why not do upgrades. Calvin being quite the salesman talked us into all the upgrades and the price certainly did hurt his case. All the guys working for Calvin were very professional and very detailed. The floors, the tile, the new seamless glass shower all look great. When the final bill came in I paid it and didn't think twice about the punch list. I walked through the whole house writing down what most people would think is petty BS. When I gave the list to Calvin he already saw all the stuff I had and some I didn't see. All this after he was completely paid. Imagine that. A contractor that comes back to do the final punch list AFTER they have been paid!!! I can't say enough about Calvin and his team. Although we were ready for them to leave after a month it could not have gone any smoother.”
