“I have never seen four people work so fast and efficiently. Darren, Bazil, John and Andrew called me to let me know they were on their way, and they arrived early. I had several large pieces of furniture (king-size bed, dresser, dining room set with breakfront, sofabed etc.) dating back to the early 1960's which meant everything was incredibly heavy. I could not lift or move a single piece. This A-Team arrived and, within five minutes, I knew that I had nothing to worry about and that my presence was not required. I left to get some breakfast and go to the bank. I was gone less than two hours. When I returned, everything had been securely packed, and a lot of it was on the truck already. The only reason the apartment was not completely empty is that they had to wait for the elevator. It was obvious throughout that these men have worked with each other for years. There was no discussion about who was supposed to do what; they just automatically started performing their respective tasks. I had thought this move would take all day. Instead, they arrived between 9 and 10 and were done and gone before 2:30. Their speed, precision and efficiency made my move a LOT less expensive than I had thought it would be. And, to a man, they are all genuinely nice people. I have always hated moving but, thanks to Q's, this turned out to be an easy and relaxing experience. That's right, MOVING was RELAXING. “We hired traditional van lines to move us from Virginia to Brooklyn. They offered a very great price to start. We did not know what to expect because it was our first long distance move. On the day of the move Josh and his crew picked all of our items up, protected all my furniture with blankets and made a detailed inventory for me. The next morning they arrived in Brooklyn and delivered all my goods in one piece. Most companies quoted us a high price which we were ready to shell out but traditional didn't charge me that much at all. A+ for service, professionalism and thoroughness!!!”
