“I just had all the west facing windows on my home replaced by Western Elements. Dealing with Karen & Joe (the owners) was a pleasure, right from getting advice and comparison estimates between replacing just the glass or the whole window to the finished project. Joes advice was very honest especially in noting the pro’s & con’s of each type and educating me on the condition of my old windows and what he thought a good solution would be. What I liked best was that the installation was done by Joe and his son, not some crew that had no interest whether the job was done right or not. I chose to have the whole window replaced rather than just the glass, as I knew the window company he uses has superior quality windows and the estimate was within my price range. All in all I would use Western Elements again in a heart beat and would recommend them to family & friends!”
