“I met Sal from Universal Landscape approximately 5 years ago for a drainage concern I was having at my residence. There is always something about a person when you first meet them- he seemed very calm, very matter-of-fact, and just seemed to carry his business and his ethic very professionally. I did not proceed then but fast forward to today and I cannot speak enough awesome things about him, his team, and his dedication to running this business. I went from a drainage problem to a full backyard transformation like no other. Able to work within my budget and repurpose some of my existing landscape he made my backyard space wonderful and most importantly safe. He takes the time, multiple discussions and revisions, WONDERFUL UPDATES, timelines, instructions and very very responsive. Its scary to hire companies these days but it seemed effortless with him. I also have to make mention of his crew. Amazing talent, amazing team work, amazing, amazing amazing! They work so hard and I am truly humbled by their efforts. The staff in the office- gentle giants! They make this business spin. They make it work and it to is also to be praised! Its worth the journey and the crazy mess but in the end I find bliss in watching my family enjoy this space now. No hesitation to re-hire this business and I hope one day to do so.”
