“We employed RSL for a very large project to improve our outdoor space. We quadrupled the size of our patio as well as added a pergola, hot tub, two tiered deck, fire pit, as well as a paved entry from our driveway around to the back of our property ( where the view is). RSL also designed and implemented beautiful plantings and lighting to highlight our space. They worked very well with other contractors that were at our house doing improvements on other areas. The finished product is absolutely stunning. I recently had a block party for my neighbors and the comments about the project were 100% positive. The porcelain tiles that we used are gorgeous and blend so nicely with the decking and the railings. We have an outdoor TV and outdoor counter with a cooler, fridge, and storage space. It was so easy to entertain and this allows for us to use the space even in the winter. There were a few issues during the project that caused a delay in completion which was not expected, however RSL did their best to expedite some of the project completion. We exceeded budget but that is partially due to my husband and I not having experience working with this magnitude of a project and all of the extras that occur along the way. Overall, I would definitely recommend RSL to complete the project. Again, the end product is magnificent. I would however encourage clients to keep abreast of the time line, added extras, and promote good communication between all of the subcontractors.”
