“We really enjoy our new TimberTech Deck! Richard, Shannon, Juan, and Sam did an outstanding job...they were very professional and worked with us to ensure our deck was built above our expectations, and worked with us on any little details that other contractors would most likely overlook. They ensured that all transition areas with our driveway and doors were smooth in the event that we need wheelchair access in the future. It was a relatively simple deck project, and Richard provided a very fair estimate...we're certain the appearance and value we received was so much better than other much higher local estimates that were provided...Richard and his crew were able to get us scheduled quickly, and had the project completed in a very timely manner. We are very pleased that they proved their Platinum Pro TimberTech rating! Can't wait to finish our other front yard projects and bring in our patio furniture for many wonderful Happy Hours!”

“Tyler and his team are incredible!! They created the entire design for our front and back yard and then executed all components of it to include: excavation, concrete, rock, bark, lighting, water feature, fence, trellis, planter boxes, plants and irrigation. They just completed the project and it is incredibly beautiful. Due to Tyler's amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail, we would not change one thing. He was fun to work with too :-). Melody”

“We can’t say enough amazing things about Landwell. We absolutely love our backyard. My wife and I do not trust easily, but Landwell went above and beyond! If you’re looking for a design + build experience, for so many reasons you have to go with Landwell. My wife and I were after a modern boutique hotel rooftop vibe for our backyard. Their lead designer Joslyn learned all the elements we wanted, provided additional elements we didn’t know we wanted and packaged everything in a beautifully cohesive design. Owner Jon and the crew Ryan, Woody and others were incredible to work with. Always in great spirits and willing to accommodate any additional requests no matter how big or small. They had passion and took pride in their work. We’re grateful we went with them. They took our completely empty dirt back yard to complete transformation in 3 months. We are continually blown away. We plan to have additional work done on our front yard and will only use Landwell. Thank you again to the entire Landwell team!”
