“My husband and I purchased a 60 year old pier and beam home that needed a complete overhaul. After working with an architect we decided to add 400 square foot to the existing home. We realized very quickly that adding onto a pier and beam home was not for the faint of heart. Months later we had an architectural plan with pages and pages of engineering details for the new foundation and extension. We proceeded to get several cement quotes and realized very quickly that most (almost all) cement contractors know NOTHING about pier and beam foundations. It is definitely an art. Even though Mickey Construction was the highest quote we concluded that it would probably save us money to have it done correct-THE FIRST TIME. Stephen was jolly on the spot with city permitting, engineering inspections, coordinating with plumbers and electricians. He showed up to the job 2-3 times daily and made sure every detail went according to plan. They measured 10 times and then measured 10 times again. Absolute perfectionists. We are thrilled with the work and have decided to do more detailed concrete work after the rest of the construction is near completion.”

“Legacy Custom Pavers did a wonderful job! We re-did our backyard and pool resurface and bid it out to multiple companies. We chose Legacy because they communicated well with us, were timely, and they honor their products and weren't sky high pricing like some other competitors. We chose to save some money on our project by not running everything through a pool remodel company. By doing that we were the ones that had to worry about the scheduling/rescheduling, when the trades were coming out etc. This was very stressful but worth it because Bobby with Legacy did a great job working with us. What we really enjoyed about Legacy Custom Pavers was that they were very flexible with us and communicated well so that in turn made the process easier for us. They did a quality install in a few HOURS. We didn't have to worry about them coming back out later, abandoning the job, or rushing through their quality. In addition, during and after installation, Bobby was onsite to oversee the quality of work of his crew. We were impressed with their product, communication, flexibility, and installation. We would highly recommend Legacy Custom Pavers and will use them again should we do any future landscaping.”
