She made every effort to understand all of my needs when selecting the type of sofa and gave me wonderful and professional advice. She even offered on mulitple occasions to come out to the house if that is what we needed to help make decisions about the sofa.

“In 2011, I bought a new construction condo. With the exception of the stove/oven, dishwasher, and water heater, there were no other appliances or furniture. I travel often and never have 4-6 weeks in a row at home - the usual time frame for ordering/receiving furniture. Paula Ables Interiors had done the models for the condo sales office and I love her style. I contacted her, agreed to a budget, and gave her the key. Over a period of a couple of months - this was my time frame - she and her staff did everything from furniture and appliances to hanging (my) art on the walls and painting. At the end, I came home from a long trip and went to my new place for the first time. I was amazed. Everything was in place and looked fantastic. I couldn't be happier and haven't stopped recommending her to my family and friends. The most amazing thing is she actually listens to you, understands you personal style and preferences, and works her magic to produce a wonderful, practical, and liveable home. Over a year later, the design she made for me still works and is easy to maintain as 'showroom' stylish as when she completed it. That is an incredible feat. I continue to use her for any design project I have and am never disappointed. Couldn't be happier!”

Punctual, always prepared, schooled, educated, well qualified, honest and accountable are but a few of the characteristics I would choose to describe Mimi under the category of professionalism. Mimi has never been late for an appointment, and we have done many projects together. She, too, has always respected our budget and has never exceeded it. In fact, we save money with Mimi as she prevents us from making costly mistakes.
Design wise, which is her expertise, Mimi is a master at refreshing an old look with new lamps, picture frames, shelf arrangement, carpet, fabric, paint, etc and yet maintaining sentiment and history. Having been married for 53 years, we did not want to throw everything out. On the other hand, Mimi is an expert with drawing and designing from scratch.
