Chitra is truly a classy design leader who has built a team with all A + players. I am extremely selective, always demanding to see alternative designs and have an eye for details. But it was amazing that each of them were resilient and always took challenges to raise the bar and consistenly exceeded my expectations. Any mission is never free of ups and downs. But, I never felt that I was alone as each step specially Ritu and her team, Manas, Ankit and their team were flexible & nimble, patiently listened my concerns and perspective and took each challenges sportingly. They not only completed the project on time, on budget and better quality and esthetically pleasing than I ever imagined.
