“Frances enabled us to achieve our dream of setting up an Osteopathic Clinic in Bath. The brief was taken, fully understood and delivered exactly what we had hoped to achieve - a professional, yet welcoming environment where patients felt comfortable and at ease. Frances was with us from the outset, when the building was just shell and core and worked her magic in design, layout, ideas and all matters ‘interior’ AND ‘exterior’. The end result surpassed our expectations and the constant requests by patients for details of the colours were testament to this. The rental flat upstairs was also planned, designed and furnished with Frances’s help. 5 years later she helped with the refresh, with subtle changes yet maintaining the overall theme and feel we knew was working for us. Frances was able to guide and advise every step of the way, deadlines were met and budgets maintained. We could not have asked for more and recommend her wherever we can. . .”

“I used Nicola in the past with a major building project involving an extension 10 years ago .She was a pleasure to work with , very knowledgeable and was happy to work with us on the type of design we wanted, and with the budget we required .She project managed most of the bathroom and kitchen design and also interior design for 4 other rooms. She was extremely reliable , and dealt with the inevitable crisis along the way with suppliers in a very calm and professional way.
