“We hired Bob to help us visualize a challenging mountainside addition including a new entryway and pop-top office and guestroom. He was phenomenal from start to finish. He was very accommodating with our busy schedules, asked great questions, and listened to each of my husband and my goals for the project. He brought our vision to life with detailed drawings and allowed us to iterate a few times to get it just right. My favorite part was how he incorporated lots of plants and books in the design, which was beyond the initial scope, but was the cherry on top to turn a very nice design into downright lovable! And, we got exactly what we needed within the exact budget initially discussed. I highly recommend Robert Larsen!”

“Working with Brad was a delight, and even better, we’re thrilled with the work he did for us on our new home in Boulder. We met with several architects and Brad’s vision clearly stood out from the very beginning of our project when we had nothing but the old bones of a 1963 ranch house. We completely remodeled the home (95% tear down) matching Brad’s design concept, and we’re so happy with the results. Brad was exceptionally good at listening to our interests and desires and then bringing them to a realistic, buildable set of plans. He has a unique ability to think about and attend to the smallest of details while also being capable of creating and communicating the “big picture” of the overall design. If we were to ever build another “dream home” we would definitely want to work with Brad!”

“Becky's designs are amazing. I have a 1908 bungalow house in Whittier and was looking to make the bungalow a master suite which required adding another bathroom, moving walls for more space, installing skylights and adding closets. The existing stairway to the bungalow was dangerous to say the least. Now when I walk down the new staircase I just cannot believe how nice and safe they are. Such an improvement. The bathroom is more than I could have hoped for as far as size and functionality - it's beautiful Becky did a great job on using the space to the fullest. I would highly recommend Becky for your projects.”
