Modern Kraft Construction & Renovation

Køkkendesign og -ombygning i Saint Cloud, MN.

“After purchasing an old fixer upper on the lake, my husband and I were looking for a contractor to complete a large renovation for us. We met with several local companies and decided to go with Modern Kraft Construction. They returned phone calls, kept their timelines, and made us feel confident they were up to the task. The owners Justin and Luke did a fantastic job and were a huge help with design. Their quality and craftmanship went beyond what we expected. With it being an older home, they ran into several snags along the way, but had solutions to keep the design and timelines on track. With Several trades involved in the overall construction, MK made sure the work was coordinated to keep things moving ahead. My family lived upstairs during the construction process, which wasn't the easiest thing to do, especially with a dog and baby! But they were very clean and always made sure we had access to things we needed. We had great communication during this process and always knew what our next step was going to be. The whole experience has been positive and I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you Modern Kraft for giving us our dream home and making this process painless.”

“We have done several remodel projects to our older home. Last fall we decided to build a new home. Decisions, decisions. On our first visit with Ann, Westwind Woodworkers, we knew we were in the right place. We had seen their work in the model home and were impressed. Ann asked us what our vision was for our new home and then guided us with the cabinet design, stain color, the hardware, the island paint color, wall colors all while keeping our granite choices and furniture in mind. Wow. Everything came together perfectly. The cabinetry is beautiful. The craftsmanship shows in every piece. We would recommend Westwind Woodworkers for your home.”
