“Tom was friendly and professional from first day of contact. I was unsure what I wanted and Tom talked me through my options from a simple garden plan to a full garden design and landscape. It was clear from first meeting that Tom was incredibly knowledgeable re horticulture and asked lots of questions to ensure he understood what we wanted eg what kind of colours did we like was there a specific look we were wanted for the garden. We decided that we wanted to completely redesign garden so it would become a place we could use all year round and be very inviting and welcoming. Tom then planned his next visit when he then measured and took soil samples of garden. He produced a picture board sent via emails with lots of ideas and a brief summary of what his design entailed. One we decided to go ahead he then forwarded very detailed plans of garden including all plants, location, type of planters, stone for paving and intricate plan to be given to landscaper. Tom’s attention to details is excellent. He is also open to any suggestions you make and happy to go ahead or explain why something might not work. We had already bought a copper fountain and a large sculpture and he incorporated into design. We changed where we had planned on locating the fountain as Tom pointed out that there was a more suited spot. He helps you understand how to make your place more pleasing to the eye by creating different aspects to your garden. His team, Paul and Anna are also very knowledgable and a delight to work with. WE are over the moon with our new garden and it has already changed how we live our life as we use the garden a much at night at we do during the day. We have friends round more often and we just in general love sitting in the garden watching all the new plants grow. We have included lots of bee friendly plants to help their existence and we have birds swooping gently into the fountain for a drink. A little urban paradise.
