“I ordered a beautiful stone pergola for my Asian-inspired garden in Sanibel, Florida. The whole experience from ordering the item to receiving it was perfect in every way. The pergola was well wrapped and protected. It was even more beautiful than the picture. A professional delivery company contacted me to schedule the delivery. Upon arrival, they carefully unwrapped and put the pergola together. It is absolutely breathtaking and completes the garden. This was a first rate company to do business with and I will purchase from them again. Great houzz vendor!”

“Amazing Service! I was in contact with Melissa for over a year and a half while deciding what shelves to purchase. We are so glad we chose her and Urban Wood Goods. She was professional and kind even when we were being a pain and didnt know what we wanted. She was as patient and responsive as humanly possible. We only had one issue upon receiving the shelves. We thought the bottoms on the wood should also be finished. This was resolved quickly and without hesitation. The finished product was excellent. Very solid and well made. Would not hesitate to purchase from Urban Wood Goods again.”
