“While searching for a contractor to complete our recent outdoor project, we knew we wanted someone who we could trust to get the job done on time and correctly. We had issues with water constantly pooling in our yard. We needed drainage mitigation before water related damage occurred to our home’s foundation. We reached out to several contractors, but Bryan Perry of Constructive Design Group stood out above the competition. He walked our property and quickly established his expertise on the subject matter. Bryan designed a massive French drain system with several catch basins and a dry well. Our project also included installation of an expanded paver patio with re-grading and re-sodding of our property. Bryan’s passion for his work and his keen eye for details made him a joy to work with. Professional and personable; he constantly updated us on the progress and offered lots of ideas to improve the initial plan, all while respecting the budget that we had set. His team arrived on the job early; Every. Single. Day, ready to put in their best work. (Thank you, Jamie, Sergio, and Geoff!!) We are loving the outcome and are so happy with our beautiful, new outdoor space!”

“A potential roofer told me my chimney was falling apart. I called Mr. Smokestack and they came out within a few days. They took pictures of the chimney, explained what they were going to do, and priced each thing separately, for a proposal. We agreed on the proposal. Two guys came out and worked all day replacing the chimney crown, extending the flue liners to code, extensive mortar repair, power wash, water treatment/sealer. They were also going to replace the flashing but I left that for the roofers. It took them about 1 1/2 days. They came down with their "after" photos, which looked good. While they were working with grout, they came in and filled in a crack they noticed between my firebox and the brick surrounding it for free. They supplied a new chimney cap.”
