“Sam brings professional skills to the job. His abilities in project planning, materials selection, and fabrication are first-rate. I would definitely hire him again. Work included carpentry and painting.”

“We are over the moon happy with the deck Terry recently built for us. Terry is a consummate professional: He is on time, on budget and produces work of exceptional quality. He also produced a design for us and walked us through the steps of obtaining a permit. He always left the work site tidy, another mark of someone who is proud of their work. Terry suggested a few additional flourishes, which raised the beauty of the deck to another level. Terry also made a screen/divider for our inside hall. It is also beautifully crafted and has gone a long way to improving the livability of that space. We could not recommend Terry more highly.”

“I sold a house last year and needed several things completed before we could list it. I contacted Roberto at Lemn and Cuie. He was responsive and efficient. He contacted me frequently throughout the projects to keep me updated and get my preferences. He had great ideas that helped save money, and he brought in other professionals when needed (plumber) as he didn’t tackle anything better suited to another expert. I have moved to my new house and have a new list of projects for Roberto for this spring. I’m especially looking forward to some custom built ins as although he’s capable of many things, carpentry is his specialty.”
