“I moved earlier this year and I was in need of some help with filling in all of the empty spaces in this home. There are so many interior design firms indexed by Houzz with great reviews and design portfolios. Twilly and Fig was one of the firms I contacted first and they sent me a packet with some basic information and business cards as a prompt hello. They were easy to contact and Danielle walked me through their process without rushing me to make an immediate decision. Her consultation was knowledgeable and all inclusive of fees, order fulfillment timelines, as well as final installation, and I remember making the leap of faith in signing Twilly and Fig’s agreement that their design catalog(s?) and vendors would meet my interests and expectations. Danielle is great! She does everything, knows everything, and has access to everything through Dekor, and she was always fully prepared for the task at hand. One of the best moments I remember working with Danielle was the complete home interior decorating appointment where she brought really everything to my home - fabric samples, catalog and photos, and some helpful software visualizations - and we worked through the decorating choices I needed for every empty space in my home. The only downside afterwards was the wait time for everything ordered to be made and/or shipped. But in the end, the installation was as scheduled, the items were as expected, the installation team was very professional - efficient and they cleaned up after themselves - and the space I had been waiting for finally came together. There was also a moment or two when I had second thoughts about some detail and Danielle had the experience and frame of mind to know just what to do. I can’t thank you guys enough!”
