“My experience with MSK for my primary bathroom remodel in Walnut Creek has exceeded my expectations. From the initial pre-contract meeting till the end of construction, I was consistently supported by an entire team of professionals. The designers, architects, project managers, estimator, office team, and construction crew and their subcontractors work seamlessly together. Kelly Morriseau, our designer, really listened to our needs and brought bits and pieces of ideas into a cohesive design. She was responsive, detailed oriented and had a wealth of knowledge. The construction crew left the space clean each day. They quickly corrected mistakes and addressed my questions and concerns. MSK uses a software called CoConstruct to manage the project. All the specifications, selections, schedules and communication are on the platform, making it very convenient for me to keep track of things. Our project completed early and on budget with high quality craftsmanship. MSK made the remodeling process enjoyable.”

“This is my second outstanding review of DVC. My wife and I were thrilled with the installation of our cabinets in early 2024 and I wrote a great review at that time. A few months ago, we needed to have a couple of cabinet doors replaced due to unexpected damage. Unfortunately, there were a series of unlikely problems with repeated deliveries of replacement doors over some months due to errors by the manufacturer and damage in shipping. NONE of these mistakes were the fault of DVC. As soon as this company realized there was a problem, they immediately placed new orders with the manufacturer at no cost to me. DVC was absolutely committed to making things right in the end. Frank (President), Cristina (design manager) and Margie (customer service rep) were all in the loop keeping me informed and solving the problems as quickly as possible. You can count on quality and excellent customer service with DVC both in terms of initial installation and follow-up if necessary. This company totally deserves its excellent reputation!”
