Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry.
We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize.

MW Construction management and staff were very professional and courteous. The staff came as scheduled and management kept me appraised of progress throughout the project. Management personally helped with my selection of flooring, countertop, and back splash; and I received contractor pricing even though I personally paid for the items separately (no overhead added for MW Contruction). Items in and around contruction zone were protected throughout the project and construction area was cleaned up at the end of each work day. The end result is beautiful and of high quality. “Spectrum has done a full bathroom and basement renovation for us, in addition to several smaller projects including replacing all the exterior doors to the house and refinishing our front porch. The quality of the work is excellent. Communicating for the purpose of planning and providing feedback is easy due to their rapid response and liberal use of email and cell contact. They responded well to feedback regarding the work site when we had complaints about dust and so forth. The quality of their work holds up; our bathroom completed in 2008 continues to be in terrific condition. They were described by the person who referred them, an architect, very accurately. "They're not the cheapest, but they're the best." I highly recommend them.”
