“We are absolutely thrilled with the transformation of our home and couldn't be happier with the result. Rachel and Paul are a brilliant team who worked so well together, delivering a project that exceeded our expectations. Entrusting someone with a project of this scale (changing every room in our house) is naturally nerve-wracking, but we felt supported from the very beginning. Rachel has a brilliant eye for detail; she introduced clever touches and thoughtful ideas that make the house function so much better for our daily lives. She even took the time to listen to our children to ensure the design worked for the entire family. Paul was equally indispensable. Our builder was very impressed with Bastion's technical drawings and said it was a doddle to follow them. The finished extension looks identical to the rendered images Bastion supplied.”
