“We recently had our chimney repointed by Neways Group and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Simon and Louise are professional, friendly, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, kept us informed throughout the process, and completed everything on schedule and to a very high standard. The quality of the repointing is excellent, our chimney looks like new, and is now weatherproofed. Neways Group were also very respectful of our property both with matching the original character and leaving everything tidy and clean once the job was finished. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Neways again or recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for a job well done!”

“Our experience of Nicholas Vanburgh Ltd was first rate. We were aware of other work undertaken by the firm and the excellence we saw there was continued on our project. Nicholas took great care to understand our requirements and developed plans in line with them. He remained in regular contact during the planning process resulting in the plans provided for the builders requiring minimal adjustment as the work progressed. Nicholas provided excellent guidance during the tendering process and dealt with Building Control on our behalf. During the build the work was monitored regularly and any deviations by the builders from the plans were rectified in a timely manner. Nicholas was also very good a recommending appropriate materials for use in the final finishes. All invoices were carefully checked and payments were only authorised on our behalf for work actually completed and the purchase of materials delivered. All in all we enjoyed a very positive experience as a result of employing Nicholas Vanburgh.”
