Are these truely counter or bar height? - What is the height of the actual seat and waht is the height of the armrest as these will need to slide under a counter?

finish on metal - Is the frame a matt or shiny gold finish, also the picture looks chipped or distressed , is the finish even?

Also, what is the stain and finish on the beams please? - They look lovely and like reclaimes but I have a feeling they were built and finished. If so, how?
