I have a tub like this - I want to save it but haven't been able to find a drain and overflow system to fit the existing holes - how did you do it?

Is that a new tub? If not, where did you find fixtures to fit the open - I have a cast iron tub that sits on the floor and need to replace drain and fixtures if I'm going to keep it.
