How high to put exterior stone on this wall? - Should we stop at the bottom of the three sliding doors or go a bit higher?

Do you only design greenhouses, or house additions too? - We are in Maple Grove, MN and are looking for a designer for our addition/remodel, which will include a greenhouse.
