I found THIS brushed gold pendant in two sizes. A 12" and 17". I like the 17"...it's a bigger presence. I'm NOT rewiring the counter to have a single pendant. And I found the lights on Ebay for about $100 each with shipping.

The black open cage one probably meets your needs best. Or, as others said, just do recessed lights over the island.

I am in the camp of of recessed lighting as the pendants make the space look busy and closed off. I had the same sort of situation in my apartment and tried various pendants and in the end decided it looked better without them.

It’s probably a painted wood panel that you can get at a wood trim supplier (baseboards, cove moulding, etc.).

Here's one of our fireplaces with a different version of panelling.

Because they're rounded at the surface, they appear to be half dowels that were spaced out and added to the wall and then painted.

Darker bed covering to relate to the shams, then repeat the white of the bed frame/headboard elsewhere for unity?

The art pieces over the bed seem small for that location, so I moved them (one over the chest of drawers), then actually liked the space above the bed better left bare.

Something similar, bookshelves can be found cheap almost anywhere. And cornice/molding can be easy to install as decor if you want. Pull the chair our more in the middle of the room like it is floating. It will look nice and more complete.

Bosch fridge is quiet except for the icemaker dropping ice.

I have a Lieber fridge which came with the house when I bought it. I find it as quiet as many other fridges on the market and it has lasted many years so far without needing repair. Now the negative: It has two motors, one for the fridge part and another for the freezer. The motor takes up so much room that the freezer space is TINY! I have to think twice (will it
fit?) before purchasing anything at the supermarket. Check the space inside carefully before purchasing.

Same stone will be on the fireplace.

I've seen lots of kitchens using stone, which is beautiful if this is the style of your home and the look you're going for. I would think it would need to be sealed so it's easy to clean the splashes from sauces and liquids that happen in a kitchen.

lFill the space with the rug. Larger is better so when the chairs are out they are still ON the rug.
Just need 6" of floor space where it meets the wall trim.

There needs to be enough carpet behind the chairs so you can push them all the way out and not scratch your floors.
The 7'10" round rug is useless.

Agree with white - doesn’t seem like an area to highlight
