how much weight can the legs hold? - How much weight can the legs hold in total not including the the desk/draw portion? ANd what is the weight of the desk/draw portion?

Regarding the horizontal metal bar that attaches the two legs - What is the height from the ground/floor to the horizontal gold bar that goes across the table attaching/connecting both legs? Thank you
