how in the world does one get to talk to someone in customer service? - promised a call back within the hour three days ago - impossible to get a representative on the phone

i have ordered the two so as to avoid them selling out but... - please note that i would like them wired as described is an option

i would like to place an order for two of these. - there is an option of adding wiring to each for an additional $6.00 which I would like to do, but there is nowhere to so indicate this!
