The daily routine as we perform in our daily lives, according to the activities that human beings carry out within a space or refuge individually or as a family, makes us different from other entities. And that's why each design tends to be functional differently.

Casa Romanza was conceived under the combination of simplicity and innovation, resulting in a search between both Client-Designer parties. Trying to use the historical and cultural legacy with the modernity of our days and thus achieving an architectural transition. This project was created within an open concept combining areas with direct visual control of reception, living room, dining room, kitchen, as well as indirectly to entertainment areas and through stained glass windows, Loggias with spaces for outdoor conversation areas, achieving the magic of Romanticism in each of its corners.
