A full restoration and refurbishment programme of an imposing period residence located in Kent. The extensive construction project consisted of substantial remedial works to the fabric of the property, including building a sympathetic extension, excavating a basement wine cellar and utility room. The internal refurbishment included walls stripped back to brick and re-plastered, complete renewal of mechanical, heating and electrical installation, installation of underfloor heating on all floors, high quality joinery and cabinetry and decorative finishes throughout. We also constructed two large oak outbuildings, converted the stable area to a gymnasium and installed a swimming pool. Extensive hard and soft landscaping was undertaken to create formal gardens to compliment the house.
