This charming Northstar condominium became a full-time residence (vs vacation property and rental) for the homeowner in 2020. Consequently, the homeowner wanted to remodel her kitchen to make it her own. The original kitchen was very dark, dated and closed-off to the adjacent dining and family rooms. The main remodeling goal was to create a light, open and airy kitchen with a mountain-cottage design aesthetic. We removed the overhead wooden canopy, reconfigured the space and installed new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, panel-ready GE Monogram appliances, farmhouse sink, faucet, oil-rubbed bronze hardware, track and sconce lighting and light engineered wood floors, all within a sage green, cream and natural wood color palette.
