Redevelopment of existing Tourist Facility, St Austell
Our client had purchased an existing camping and caravanning park with basic amenities, and sought a redevelopment that included permanent holiday lodges and bespoke ancillary facilities.
We were instructed to undertake both the masterplanning of the redevelopment and the detailed design for the lodges and ancillary buildings.
