Would live the contrast behind the stove and love the wimsy and elegant fabric feel to the tile without looking to invested. Maybe a same stone or tile as backslash in chevron pattern.

Neither of us like this - to busy, (although Rick likes smaller tile which would maybe be considered busy). We were also both thinking this would be a place for color? - Rick and Sandra
