Spacious 5-Bedroom House

This house was a 7-bed HMO - after a substantial renovation the new owners turned it back into a spacious 5-bed family home. We staged ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The ground floor has 2 large living areas which we furnished to suit a multi-generation family as most likely buyers - I decided to create a relaxing den/study space suitable for children or teenagers out of the one facing the garden and offering more privacy. The way it was arranged and due to the fact that it had a separate bathroom, it could be perceived as a spare guest or even a 'granny' room. The furniture throughout was kept in fairly neutral colours with scatter cushions and art adding some interest.
