The room features titanium stacked laundry machines, offering efficient and space-saving solutions for your washing and drying needs. The white cabinets with gold cabinet hardware add a touch of sophistication and elegance to the room, while providing ample storage for laundry essentials. The white walls, trim, and doors create a clean and crisp backdrop, enhancing the overall brightness of the space. Completing the look is the gray tile floor, which adds a subtle touch of texture and complements the color scheme. With its combination of practicality and aesthetic appeal, The Birch's laundry room ensures a seamless and enjoyable laundry experience.
SIDG DesignThis laundry room housed double side by side washers and dryers, custom cabinetry and an island in a contrast finish. The wall tiles behind the washer and dryer are dimensional and the backsplash tile hosts a star pattern.
WoodwaysThis laundry room by Woodways is a mix of classic and white farmhouse style cabinetry with beaded white doors. Included are built in cubbies for clean storage solutions and an open corner cabinet that allows for full access and removes dead corner space.

May Construction, Inc.Behind a stylish black barn door and separate from the living area, lies the modern laundry room. Boasting a state-of-the-art Electrolux front load washer and dryer, they’re set against pristine white maple cabinets adorned with sleek matte black knobs. Additionally, a handy utility sink is present making it convenient for washing out any tough stains. The backdrop showcases a striking Modena black & white mosaic tile in matte Fiore, which complements the Brazilian slate floor seamlessly.
Dillons Kitchens & Bedrooms hand crafted kitchen, from our 2016 Classic Collection for a large extension of a family home in Portmarnock. Painted in custom Dillons colours and finished with luxury granite surfaces. The design was created bespoke by us and features chunky gable detail on island, and custom overmantel. The design also features moulded skirting wrap round on the island and a built in pantry unit. Appliances include premium specification Miele ovens and a polished chrome Quooker Fusion tap.

Courtney Thomas DesignWe planned a thoughtful redesign of this beautiful home while retaining many of the existing features. We wanted this house to feel the immediacy of its environment. So we carried the exterior front entry style into the interiors, too, as a way to bring the beautiful outdoors in. In addition, we added patios to all the bedrooms to make them feel much bigger. Luckily for us, our temperate California climate makes it possible for the patios to be used consistently throughout the year.
The original kitchen design did not have exposed beams, but we decided to replicate the motif of the 30" living room beams in the kitchen as well, making it one of our favorite details of the house. To make the kitchen more functional, we added a second island allowing us to separate kitchen tasks. The sink island works as a food prep area, and the bar island is for mail, crafts, and quick snacks.
We designed the primary bedroom as a relaxation sanctuary – something we highly recommend to all parents. It features some of our favorite things: a cognac leather reading chair next to a fireplace, Scottish plaid fabrics, a vegetable dye rug, art from our favorite cities, and goofy portraits of the kids.

Monaco InteriorsThis home underwent a massive renovation. Walls were removed, some replaced with stunning archways.
A mid-century modern vibe took over, inspiring the white oak floos, white and oak cabinetry throughout, terrazzo tiles and overall vibe.
Our whimiscal side, wanting to pay homage to the clients meditteranean roots, and their desire to entertain as much as possible, found amazing vintage-style tiles to incorporate into the laundry room along with a terrazzo floor tile.
The living room boasts built-ins, a huge porcelain slab that echos beach/ocean views and artwork that establishes the client's love of beach moments.
A dining room focussed on dinner parties includes an innovative wine storage wall, two hidden wine fridges and enough open cabinetry to display their growing collection of glasses. To enhance the space, a stunning blue grasscloth wallpaper anchors the wine rack, and the stunning gold bulbous chandelier glows in the space.
Custom dining chairs and an expansive table provide plenty of seating in this room.
The primary bathroom echoes all of the above. Watery vibes on the large format accent tiles, oak cabinetry and a calm, relaxed environment are perfect for this luxe space.
