This sleek kitchen remodel was pushed out four feet as part of a bigger addition was being done. Being nestled in the woods we brought in as much natural light as possible with with large windows flanking the hood. by pushing back the wall this allowed for a large island for seating in the middle of the room. The homeowners wanted a statement for the countertops so they chose Rain Forest Quartize.

This kitchen was designed for a woman who wanted some pizazz. The red laquered cabinets are finished with a high gloss car paint to achieve this look. Oooo lah lah! Custom designed and cut fossil stone back splash with stainless steel bar liner inserts for added dimension and texture. The low voltage halogen lights are LBL tube lights. They are adjustable and cut on site to the necessary length. The floor is stained concrete. We used three different shades to achieve this soft blended look. The rug is Turkish.

Several construction changes opened up the kitchen to daylight and space: relocating the powder room, relocating the door and adding a large bay window. The red Bertazzoni range was the inspiration for the colors in the kitchen and the base cabinets were color matched to it. From the start, we committed to green design, materials & practices wherever possible. Photo: Wing Wong

A grand cherry kitchen in Cambria, CA inspired by Wood-Mode's "Old Continent" theme. We used our Fireside finish for a lush red and added limestone & accent granite counters. The homeowner loves the high windows and plaster hood -- we added lots of drawers, pull-out pantries and an integrated refrigerator.
