Laura Natkins, ArchitectMy client wanted to be sure that her new kitchen was designed in keeping with her homes great craftsman detail. We did just that while giving her a “modern” kitchen. Windows over the sink were enlarged, and a tiny half bath and laundry closet were added tucked away from sight. We had trim customized to match the existing. Cabinets and shelving were added with attention to detail. An elegant bathroom with a new tiled shower replaced the old bathroom with tub.

First LampThis Greenlake area home is the result of an extensive collaboration with the owners to recapture the architectural character of the 1920’s and 30’s era craftsman homes built in the neighborhood. Deep overhangs, notched rafter tails, and timber brackets are among the architectural elements that communicate this goal.

Avant Garde, LLC1930's craftsman meets industrial farmhouse. AG completed this Gentilly Terrace bungalow in August 2016. Originally a quaint, 2 bed/1 bath, we added a master suite, knocked down a few walls, and brought this adorable home into the 21st century!

Specific task areas such as the laundry sorting station make chores easy. The bar above is ready for hanging those items needed air drying. A mix of whites and wood finishes, and linen textured Porcelanosa tile flooring make this a room anyone would be happy to spend time in.
