Seasons Garden Design LLCThe owner wanted a columnar basalt water feature which lead to this unconventional design of horizontal columns with rills carved into them to move the water from the bowl at the top over to the small pond on the opposite side of the stone path. We added a fire pit to the back of the water feature with a stone patio which is near the owner’s master bedroom.

Custom dining room addition to an existing 70's Deckhouse. The playful design was influenced by the Asian inspired unisonian style of Frank Lloyd Wright. The result was a creative "jewel box" that is reminiscent of a tree house structure within this deeply wooden lot.

アース建築工房「高基礎の平屋」の建つ地域は以前から近くの河川が氾濫しやすく、水害の多い地域です。「高基礎の平屋」では「造成」ではなく「高基礎」を選択して、工事金額を抑えてあります。 雪深い地方にある別荘をイメージして、庭代わりの大 きなDECKを南側に取り付けて、DECKの前には木を 植えて、別荘のようなリゾート感のある暮らしを意識して設計しました。
