Nicola Holden DesignsThe client wanted a bathroom that retained the original feel of the house, but at the same time reflected the more modern renovations throughout the rest of the house. The design plays with the juxtaposition of old and new – tiles by Patricia Urquiola which draw inspiration from traditional encaustic Victorian floor tiles, but with a 21st century spin, sit next to an antique style mirror and modern bathroom fittings. Wooden units add warmth and texture to the grey colour scheme.

Delaney's DesignThis dressed up and sophisticated bathroom was outdated and did not work well as the main guest bath off the formal living and dining room. We just love how this transformation is sophisticated, unique and is such a complement to the formal living and dining area.

You get to do the fun part of approving the design, picking your materials and making selections with our guidance and we take care of everything else. We provide you with 3D and 4D conceptual designs so that you can see your project come to life. Materials such as tile, fixtures, sinks, shower enclosures, flooring, cabinetry and countertops are ordered through us, inspected by us and installed by us. We are also a fabricator, so we fabricate all the countertops. We assign and manage the schedule and the workers that will be in your home taking care of the installation. In showing multiple options at the schematic stage, the client approved a traditional L shaped porch with simple barn-like columns. The entry foyer is simple in it's two-story volume and it's mono-chromatic (white & black) finishes. The living space which includes a kitchen & dining area - is an open floor plan, allowing natural light to fill the space.VISION AND NEEDS:

Devine Bath & KitchenWhat makes a bathroom accessible depends on the needs of the person using it, which is why we offer many custom options. In this case, a difficult to enter drop-in tub and a tiny separate shower stall were replaced with a walk-in shower complete with multiple grab bars, shower seat, and an adjustable hand shower. For every challenge, we found an elegant solution, like placing the shower controls within easy reach of the seat. Along with modern updates to the rest of the bathroom, we created an inviting space that's easy and enjoyable for everyone.
k YODER design, LLCNatural limestone accent wall tile and satin nickel fixtures lend serenity and warmth to the master bath. The generous spa shower includes an integrated linear drain.

Expansive curbless shower and freestanding tub sit on raised platform with LED light strip. Modern glass pendants and small black side table add depth to the white grey and wood bathroom. Large skylights act as modern coffered ceiling flooding the room with natural light.
