Powder coated towel radiator and gorgeous calming colour scheme. Handmade Oak doors and door furniture in pewter. with stylish robes and towels from Paris and elegant home accessories. A lovely space to enjoy and unwind.

Forward Design Build RemodelOur client wanted to keep her home’s historic character and charm and chose Forward Design Build Remodel because she knew we could work with her home’s historic bones and honor the original design. The goals for this remodel were to open the older kitchen, preserve the location of the windows, update the finishes and lighting, and better the kitchen's feng shui.
Our plan involved maximizing storage in the smaller space without making it feel cluttered and overwhelming while adding luxury and higher-end finishes to the kitchen and bathrooms.
Our team utilized custom cabinetry and a two-toned color palette in the kitchen to work with the space and efficiently open up the remaining area. We transformed the bathrooms from outdated, essential to elegant, modern ones with aesthetically pleasing and functional cutouts.
Urbana Design StudioWe created this colorful bathroom for the daughter, incorporating her favorite colors. This modern tile pattern pairs with a white oak floating vanity. The tile pattern flows up from the floor and is carried up the wall as the backsplash to create a stunning focal wall.
Classic Home ImprovementsThis San Marcos bathroom was transformed with blue shaker cabinet with New Venatino Grey quartz countertops and two under-mount sinks. All of the fixtures and hardware in this bathroom are chrome with a rainfall shower head and hand shower column from Kohler. The beautiful white Paloma Cotton Glossy picket tiles are paired with blue penny round shower tile flooring and tile niche from Bedrosians.
T. Morgan Construction, Inc.This guest / kids bathroom is the home of fun and relaxation. The soaking tub allows for relaxing bubble baths, chaotic dog washes, or soothing baby baths. The tile surround provides water protection for when the tub gets messy. This bathroom is such a great space for any family home.
