Leanne Michael L U X E lifestyle designCharming modern European custom bathroom for a guest cottage with Spanish and moroccan influences! This 3 piece bathroom is designed with airbnb short stay guests in mind; equipped with a Spanish hand carved wood demilune table fitted with a stone counter surface to support a hand painted blue & white talavera vessel sink with wall mount faucet and micro cement shower stall large enough for two with blue & white Moroccan Tile!.
Linc Thelen DesignThis couple purchased a second home as a respite from city living. Living primarily in downtown Chicago the couple desired a place to connect with nature. The home is located on 80 acres and is situated far back on a wooded lot with a pond, pool and a detached rec room. The home includes four bedrooms and one bunkroom along with five full baths.
The home was stripped down to the studs, a total gut. Linc modified the exterior and created a modern look by removing the balconies on the exterior, removing the roof overhang, adding vertical siding and painting the structure black. The garage was converted into a detached rec room and a new pool was added complete with outdoor shower, concrete pavers, ipe wood wall and a limestone surround.
Bathroom Details:
Minimal with custom concrete tops (Chicago Concrete) and concrete porcelain tile from Porcelanosa and Virginia Tile with wrought iron plumbing fixtures and accessories.

Their fun and vibrant personalities are expressed in every inch of the space, which was personalized down to the smallest details. Just like they are up for adventure in life, they were up for for adventure in the design and the outcome was truly one-of-kind.

Simpson & VoyleThis beautiful principle suite is like a beautiful retreat from the world. Created to exaggerate a sense of calm and beauty. The tiles look like wood to give a sense of warmth, with the added detail of brass finishes. the bespoke vanity unity made from marble is the height of glamour. The large scale mirrored cabinets, open the space and reflect the light from the original victorian windows, with a view onto the pink blossom outside.
