Beautiful white cabinets with modern pulls and classic faucets complete the double vanity. The shower with long subway tiles and black grout! Colored grout is a trend and it looks fantastic in this bathroom. The walk in shower has beautiful tiles and relaxing shower heads. Both of these bathrooms look fantastic and look modern and complementary to the home.

Simply HomeOur clients wanted us to expand their bathroom to add more square footage and relocate the plumbing to rearrange the flow of the bathroom. We crafted a custom built in for them in the corner for storage and stained it to match a vintage dresser they found that they wanted us to convert into a vanity. We fabricated and installed a black countertop with backsplash lip, installed a gold mirror, gold/brass fixtures, and moved lighting around in the room. We installed a new fogged glass window to create natural light in the room. The custom black shower glass was their biggest dream and accent in the bathroom, and it turned out beautifully! We added marble wall tile with black schluter all around the room! We added custom floating shelves with a delicate support bracket.

The entire tile was demolitioned, the old bathtub was broken, one of the walls was demolitioned by our specialists.
A new wall has been built with space inside for a sliding entrance door.
Replaced old drywall with a new one on all walls and ceiling.
Niches were made in the walls for their functional use.
A decorative black stone is installed in the mirror area, which perfectly matches the color of the sanitary ware.
New tiles of several types have been laid.
The shower area was waterproofed.
Also, specialists have updated all the plumbing and electrical equipment.
Installed a glass sliding door.
We applied all the wishes of the customer and brought in a few of our ideas to get a decent result!
Pinnacle Design & RemodelingQuick and easy update with to a full guest bathroom we did in conjunction with the owner's suite bathroom with Landmark Remodeling. We made sure that the changes were cost effective and still had a wow factor to them. We did a luxury vinyl plank to save money and did a tiled shower surround with decorative feature to heighten the finish level. We also did mixed metals and an equal balance of tan and gray to keep it from being trendy.

Eisenbrandt CompaniesWith hints of blacks, blues, and golds, this bathroom renovation was a perfect mix to bring this space to life again. Double bowl navy vanity with Carrara stone and an accent of white shiplap to tie in a little texture for a clean, refreshing, and simple feel. Simple subway tile with dark grout and black fixtures to note a contemporary aesthetic.
Coco Design & Build Co.Simple clean design...in this master bathroom renovation things were kept in the same place but in a very different interpretation. The shower is where the exiting one was, but the walls surrounding it were taken out, a curbless floor was installed with a sleek tile-over linear drain that really goes away. A free-standing bathtub is in the same location that the original drop in whirlpool tub lived prior to the renovation. The result is a clean, contemporary design with some interesting "bling" effects like the bubble chandelier and the mirror rounds mosaic tile located in the back of the niche.

Embracing our clients openness to sustainability, we installed a unique cabinet and marble sink, which was repurposed into a standout bathroom feature with its intricate detailing and extensive storage.
Dea ContractorThis bathroom was original to the house. We wanted to create a mid century modern feel so we knocked down the wall between the vanity and the shower and replaced it with a glass door. To make the space feel larger we extend the hexagon tiles from the bathroom all along the back wall. Shelves were added to increase storage space and of course all materials, fixtures and cabinets were updated.
