UserOn a quiet street in Clifton a Georgian townhouse has undergone a stunning transformation. Inside, our designer Tim was tasked with creating three functional and inviting bathrooms. A key aspect of the brief was storage, as the bathrooms needed to stand up to every day family life whilst still maintaining the luxury aesthetic of the period property. The family bathroom cleverly conceals a boiler behind soft blue paneling while the shower is enclosed with an innovative frameless sliding screen allowing a large showering space without compromising the openness of the space. The ensuite bathroom with floating sink unit with built in storage and solid surface sink offers both practical storage and easy cleaning. On the top floor a guest shower room houses a generous shower with recessed open shelving and another practical floating vanity unit with integrated sink.
Distinctive Interior DesignsWe divided 1 oddly planned bathroom into 2 whole baths to make this family of four SO happy! Mom even got her own special bathroom so she doesn't have to share with hubby and the 2 small boys any more.

TVL Creative Ltd.This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.
Fireclay TileThis shower steals the show in our crisp blue Ogee Drops. White subway and Min Star & Cross tile encompass the rest of the bathroom creating a space that is swimming with style!

Shepel Homes - Kitchen and BathThe main focus of this contemporary monochromatic bathroom is the spacious frameless shower with an extended shower bench. It is complemented by other minimalist features such as the modern and angular tub and the beautiful textured and heated tile flooring. The elegant white wavy tiles and the metal-glass glazed hexagon deco strip add to the sophisticated look of the bathroom. Finally, the stylish LED lights, modern floating cabinets, and premium quality brushed nickel faucets and drawer pulls tie the whole spa look together.
